Kashner's Valentine Contest!

It's the new year & we are more than excited to kick off our first contest of 2012! Valentine's Day is just around the corner and we would love to have a Valentine's Day collage made from YOUR specially made valentine!
Here are the rules for the contest:
1. Create your own Valentine! Include first and last name on back of your valentine
2. Bring your valentine into Dr. Kashner's office to be displayed on our bulletin board!
3. Patients & their family will then vote for THE BEST VALENTINE:)
4. DEADLINE to submit entry & vote is Friday, February 17th, 2012.
5. We will announce the winner via facebook on Monday, February 20th, 2012!
6. Winner will recieve a $100 bill and will get their picture taken to be displayed on our office "Brag Board" & Facebook wall!
